We are looking for a Business Analyst with commercial experience of at least 3+ years of experience including collaboration with clients.
Skills:
-You have at least 3 years of experience including collaboration with clients
-Experience in documenting & analyzing system integration solutions
- Experience in Agile methodologies: 1+ year
- Understanding of UX principles and guidelines
- Good English both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt and think fast
- Extremely motivated and keen to learn.
- Technical background is desirable
- Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
Nice to have:
- Experience in advertising technology\social network or media areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and dissect complex business processes and translate them into software requirements;
- Document requirements, conduct interviews, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Understanding and ability to work with different domains
- Apply technical knowledge, including familiarity with software development processes and technologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SDLC);
- Use various techniques for gathering and documenting requirements, such as interviews, surveys, workshops, and use cases;
- Create requirement artifacts, including user stories, business process models, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications;
- Identify and address business challenges through software solutions using strong problem-solving skills;
- Coordinate development teams, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines with basic project management skills.
- Skillfully negotiate to balance conflicting requirements and reach a consensus among stakeholders;
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
