Marketing Lead Offline
GM Consulting is a US staff augmentation service provider for our clients in the US market.
We are currently looking for a talented and innovative Marketing Lead, who can build everything regarding our Marketing from scratch and make sure to lead us to even more success in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate a clear brand vision, mission, and messaging that resonates with our target audiences;
- Oversee the development, implementation and management of branding materials from scratch, including our brand book, social media, marketing collateral, and presentations;
- Cultivate a strong brand identity that differentiates us from competitors;
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and support the sales team in achieving their goals;
- Create compelling content (e.g., case studies, white papers, blog posts) that showcases our expertise and attracts potential clients;
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI;
- Develop and implement marketing budgets and manage resources effectively;
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and develop tailored marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry;
- At least an Advanced level of English;
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales growth;
- Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices;
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills;
- Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools;
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and talent acquisition;
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Experience in employer branding and talent marketing;
- Knowledge of the staff augmentation industry;
- Passion for building a strong company culture.
