Product Data Specialist / Data Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Work with product teams to research and develop the analytics that will power new products
- Market research
- Assisting in project management activities (work with a client and developers)
- Assisting in digital marketing (setup and manage digital marketing campaigns)
- Ensuring that data in various databases and datasets are complete, valid, and accurate
- Deal with data transformation, normalization, preparation, merging of data and exploratory data analysis
- Apply analytical skills to identify and resolve product data related issues
- Maintaining data in a US Senior Living Database platform and coordinating its rollout
- Coordinating data efforts with team members in the US and Pakistan



Candidate should have/be:
- 1+ years experience, as a Data Specialist, Data Analyst or equivalent
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following areas Math, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or other relevant degrees
- A tech/engineering background and a willingness and capacity to expand his/her technical skills
- Attention to detail and a keen sense of accuracy, as well as common sense to ensure that the data is both accurate and reasonable no matter how big dataset is
- Ability to process different data formats and tables from different data sources
- Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google spreadsheets etc., to understand formulas etc.)
- Good English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)
- (optional) General understanding of digital marketing tools (GoogleAds, LinkedIn Ads etc)
- (optional) General understanding of product analysis tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.)
- (optional) Knowledge about technical data analysis, functional design, solution development processes, and software testing will be an advantage
- (optional) An understanding of how to access data in Relational Databases and experience with SQL will be a huge advantage
- (optional) An understanding of how the Internet works, what is HTML and Javascript will be an advantage
