Middle OpenAPI Support Engineer (offline)

Required Skills:

- Proficient in HTML, JavaScript (JS), CSS, and Markdown with at least 2 years of experience.
- Skilled in using Chrome Developer Tools for debugging.
- Comfortable with CLI (command-line interface) operations.
- Experience with CI tools like Github Actions and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Strong background in API development and management.
- Expertise in Swagger/OpenAPI specification or JSON Schema is crucial.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and investigate issues efficiently.
- Proven track record of self-motivation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

- Provide timely, accurate, and delightful support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Innovate to create memorable experiences for customers, making them feel valued.
- Continually grow product knowledge through every customer interaction.
- Investigate bugs thoroughly and file detailed reports for the engineering team or resolve them directly.
- Handle customer communications across various channels including In-App Intercom Messenger, forums, social media, and feature request boards.
- Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical and support skills.
