Mobile Services Support Agent (English speaking) $1500-1700

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience working with US wireless carriers like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile is highly desired. This is not an IT helpdesk position.

Fully Remote role working for the U.S. company. This is a full-time work that requires commitment to the schedule. 40 hours per week are guaranteed. Schedule: hours can be fit into 24/7 schedule, but most likely into 04:00 to 18:00 Ukraine time and weekends 24/7. Schedule will be built on rotation with other team members. Each shift is 8-9 working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This position will work in a Help Desk department as a Mobility HelpDesk Support Agent.
B2/C1 Level English is a must.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email and client support ticket system.
• Learn wireless carriers plans and features and apply that knowledge to provide excellent customer support.
• Communicate effectively within a team when sharing information or acquiring additional knowledge.
• Possess the ability to find solutions based on limited resources.
Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to: data processing in systems and reports, mobile accounts management, order placing, inventory management, task tracking. We will provide you with training and tools to succeed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the US Wireless Telecom industry is highly desired but not required (knowledge of major carriers – Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).
• Must have advanced level of English (B2/C1).
• Great written and verbal English.
• Customer Service Experience in English.
• Knowledge of data processing (excel, Google sheets).
• Must be detail-oriented and self-organized.

MUST HAVE:
• Access to fast/reliable internet (at least 100 Gbps);
• Fast-processing computer, headset, web camera and at least 24” monitor;
• Availability to work within required hours.
