YOUR IMPACT:

- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase affiliate sales and brand visibility.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, including leading health and fitness brands, top medical clinics, and health professionals such as trainers and coaches, and become the primary point of contact for our partners.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates and partners, expanding our network and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop affiliate marketing materials and promotional strategies that align with our brand vision and values.
- Oversee account management to ensure partner satisfaction and sales performance goals are met, using analytics to inform strategy adjustments.

ABOUT YOU:

- Proven experience in Affiliate Management, Account Management, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience.
- Strong sales and online marketing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- The ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the health and fitness industry is a plus, demonstrating a passion for our mission to make the world a healthier place.
