Our main product is sports content. We create and distribute sports content based on real sports matches (we make 45k+ matches monthly) and analytical data. Our content is watched in 150+ countries.
We have our own engineering team supporting businesses with innovative software on every level: sports tournament management, high-load analytical systems, video streaming tools, and product stores for our partners.
Our ideal candidate:
β Has 3+ years of experience in analytics in software development;
β Can identify requirements and constraints, as well as risks;
β He or she easily distinguishes between verification and validation of requirements, and also applies both :)
β Can synthesize several alternative solutions, and then evaluate them and choose the most optimal;
β Can decompose the task into smaller ones and build a roadmap taking into account dependencies;
β Tends to record information in documents;
β Likes and knows how to explain to others the details of the system;
β Willing to learn and develop.
Responsibilities:
β collaboration with stakeholders;
β requirements elicitation and management;
β requirements modeling and representation in the form of user stories, use cases, diagrams, etc.
β performing analysis of integration with 3rd party systems;
β synthesis of solutions to fulfill requirements and mitigate risks;
β task decomposition, roadmap creation;
β writing documentation to describe system behavior.

β Issues in JIRA, documentation in Confluence;
β Work in microservice architecture with real-time messaging;
β Teams have the ability to choose technologies to effectively achieve results;
β Experienced and strong specialists in teams who are always ready to share knowledge;
β Teams are cross-functional and focused on their goals, and Tech Leads are proactive tech mentors and leaders;
β A minimum of bureaucracy, the ability to easily communicate with all levels of management;
β We strive to make decisions quickly, without months of discussions, if a person has analyzed the risks and alternatives, and understands the essence of his proposal.
