HR Generalist (offline)

👉 Job Requirements:

Hard skills
- 2+ years in the field of HR, at least 1 year in IT in a similar position;
- English — strong intermediate or higher;
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes in outsourcing IT companies
- Understanding the specifics of work, processes, teams, and positions in IT;
- Goof Knowledge of: Gmail + Google Workspace, Google Drive, Slack, Google Calendar ;
- Experience in implementing HR initiatives with successful cases;
- Understanding of basic HR metrics and their impact;
- Experience working with Recruitee and Notion will be a plus.

👉Day-to-day tasks/ Responsibilities:

- Audit of the current HR processes, build a plan that needs to be revised and improved;
- Identify new HR practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce retention risks and increase employees engagement;
- Retention and evaluation of employees: work on the motivation system, its implementation, conducting various surveys, such as eNPS or evaluations (for example, the 360 methods), etc.;
- Build and direct the company’s Talent and Learning Strategy and activities: establish and drive implementation of succession planning and career development and evaluate Leadership Development Framework;
- Monitoring the level of satisfaction and engagement of employees through 1:1 (keep employee satisfaction index: 4+ Company overall), surveys, identifying and working with the risks of dismissal;
- Assistance in the development of PDPs for employees in accordance with the performance review process;
- Planning and facilitating the assessment and goal-setting process for the Overhead team and management (admin team);
- Together with line managers onboard the key talents and leaders;
- Participate in the salary review process (communication with managers and employees, provide responsible managers with salary raise proposals to be approved);
- Managing the system of rewards and benefits, by updating or improving it as necessary;
- Maintain training calendar, facilitate workshops, webinars, live tutorials, and coding sessions;
- Proactive participation in the development of corporate culture and HR Brand.
