Lead Generation Manager / SDR (Upwork)

Hey. We’re looking for a lead generation manager with proven expertise in Upwork lead generation.


Requirements:

- 5+ months of experience in lead generation on the Upwork exchange
- Understanding of sales processes
- Ability to work with CRM systems, Google Suite
- Awareness of the basics of UI/UX and graphic design 
- Knowledge of the process of customization of the offer for each client
- English at a level sufficient for business correspondence and negotiations (B2+ is desirable).



Responsibilities:

- Searching for and communicating with potential clients on Upwork
- Maintaining and updating the database of potential clients, tracking the results of campaigns, and reporting on their effectiveness
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities for lead generation
- Improving the process and expanding lead generation channels
- Collaboration with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation processes and achieve goals
- Fulfillment of KPIs (key performance indicators), which are determined together with the management
