Business Analyst (offline)

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a keen understanding of the factors that contribute to business success or failure. This role requires an individual who can dive deep into business metrics, analyze a wide range of data, and provide actionable insights to enhance our clients business and our recommended marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business metrics, including sales, customer traffic, and performance of stores both online and offline.
- Interpret marketing and media data, as well as client sales performance data, to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Recommend marketing solutions and strategies based on data analysis to address identified issues and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with client marketing teams and agency service teams to ensure that recommended solutions are feasible and align with client goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics and marketing strategies.


Requirements:
- MBA preferred or strong Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, clear understanding of marketing/advertising industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, R/Python, CRM data such as Hubspot/Salesforce, project management tools such as Asana/Trello).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- A deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Readiness to work hours from 11/12 to 20/21 Kyiv time.
