Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in administering our online store and interacting directly with our customers. Your main responsibilities will involve assisting customers in product selection, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. This role requires direct sales through phone, email, and chat communications, providing qualified support to our customers, and overseeing order processing and control.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. Assist in product selection, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly.

- Sales Support: Engage in direct sales conversations, understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products to enhance their shopping experience.

- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

- Website Administration: Assist in the administration of our online store, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.

Experience: Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a related field, particularly with English-speaking audiences (US, Canada).

Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS systems such as WordPress and Shopify is highly desirable.
