Role Overview:

Our current team boasts three adept Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners and one seasoned Senior Sourcer. As a Senior Talent Sourcer in People&Culture Squad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our mission to create a culture of excellence and innovation.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent to Playson across various tribes. As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure an efficient, effective, and timely recruitment process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Harness a multitude of platforms, including digital networks, job portals, and professional gatherings, to pinpoint and attract stellar candidates for Playson’s open roles.
- Cultivate and sustain a talent pipeline, emphasizing diversity and inclusiveness, to meet the hiring demands for all positions.
- Work in tandem with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to decode staffing requirements and devise efficient sourcing tactics.
- Take initiative to connect with potential hires, fostering relationships and delivering a standout experience for candidates.
- Drive the automation and refinement of sourcing workflows to boost both efficiency and outcomes.
- Partner with the TA team to implement analytical tools for monitoring and enhancing sourcing effectiveness.
- Oversee the recruitment for 6-9 vacancies concurrently, ensuring a smooth and expedient hiring cycle.
- Proactively assemble Talent Pools to streamline the hiring process for forthcoming vacancies.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices within the talent sourcing landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
- A solid history in a Talent Sourcer role or equivalent, with a commendable success rate in attracting and securing high-caliber candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates for a diverse range of roles, from mid-level to VP positions, across the globe.
- A track record of leveraging technology to revolutionize sourcing processes, enhancing both speed and quality of hires.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, fostering strong relationships both internally and with potential hires.
- A self-starter ethos, paired with a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing various tasks independently.
- A keen interest in developing and implementing cutting-edge sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication in a global context.
