Key Responsibilities:
β€” Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
β€” Strategic Technology Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight in the development and implementation of technology initiatives that align with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
β€” Leadership in Software Development: At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role, overseeing software development and technology operations.
β€” Technical Expertise:
β€’ Extensive hands-on experience with cloud and virtual infrastructures.
β€’ Strong understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and agile frameworks.
β€’ Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.
β€” Strategic and Innovative Thinking:
β€’ Ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies and initiatives.
β€’ Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and leading technology transformation initiatives.
β€” Technology Stack Knowledge:
β€’ Proficiency in programming languages/frameworks such as Node.js, PHP (Symfony), JavaScript (Angular), Python, Java.
β€’ Familiarity with storage like PostgreSQL, Redis, KSQL, Kafka.
β€’ Experience with monitoring and infrastructure tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, ELK + Opensearch, AWS, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GitLab.
β€’ Understanding of security tools like SonarQube, SonarLint.
β€” Management Skills:
β€’ Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
