Product Manager

What we expect from the candidate:

-A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management,
specifically in casino aggregation or a related casino hub
environment.
-Proven track record of developing and launching successful
products in the iGaming industry.
-Deep understanding of the technical and operational challenges
associated with game provider integration.
-Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform
product decisions and strategies.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with
the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Would be a plus:

- Experience with Web3 and cryptocurrencies;
- Understanding and experience with NFTs;
- Experience with payment methods;
- Experience with loyalty and retention systems;
- Experience in the development and implementation of AI and ML technologies.

Your position will include:

-Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for
our Casino Aggregation Product, ensuring it meets the market
needs and stays ahead of competition.
-Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand customer
and stakeholder needs, identify opportunities for innovation, and
stay informed about industry trends.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
design, marketing, and customer support, to develop and launch
new features and improvements.
-Manage relationships with over 130 game providers, navigating
the complexities of integration and ensuring a diverse and high-
quality game portfolio.
-Lead the development of engagement features such as
tournaments and jackpots, creating compelling experiences that
drive player retention and loyalty.
-Oversee the creation of a client area that offers personalized
promotions and newsletters, enhancing the operator and player
experience.
-Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, measure
product performance, and continually optimize for success.
