Essential Expertise:
- 1+ years of experience in both UI & UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate your design process and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of basic front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD
- Strong experience in designing user interfaces for desktops, mobiles, tablets
- Good knowledge of UX-research methods
- Understanding of web development process
- Familiarity with the concepts and proven expertise in Responsive Design
- Experience with landings and web materials
- Ability to collaborate with other team members (designers, managers, and developers)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to make decisions based on analytics & A/B tests
- English proficiency - Upper Intermediate
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail, aesthetic taste and diligence
- Experience with e-commerce will be a plus

Key Contributions:
- Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to understand project requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and interactions
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the user experience
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing sessions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
