Talent Sourcer

Location: Remote (Especially welcoming candidates from Ukraine)

Overview: We're in search of a Talent Sourcer focusing exclusively on candidate sourcing to join our remote team. Ideal for a proactive and innovative professional, this role is pivotal in discovering and engaging with exceptional talent in the IT domain. By devising and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition efforts and contributing to our growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of various IT roles, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.

-Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs by engaging potential candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

-Research and Engagement: Utilize a blend of traditional and innovative sourcing channels to identify potential candidates. Engage with talent through personalized communication, showcasing opportunities and the value of joining our team.

 

-Alternative Search Techniques: Employ creative sourcing methods beyond conventional platforms to uncover hidden talent, including niche job boards, forums, and online communities relevant to the IT sector.

--Driven Sourcing: Leverage analytics and market insights to inform sourcing strategies, continuously refining approaches based on performance metrics and recruitment trends.

-Collaboration and Optimization: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with business needs. Share insights and feedback to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.

 

Requirements:

-At least 1.5 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, with a strong emphasis on the IT industry.

-Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, resulting in a robust talent pipeline.

-Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels and techniques, including social media, professional networks, and alternative search methods.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage in making informed decisions and optimizing recruitment strategies.

-Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

-Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus to engage with a diverse candidate pool.
