• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and presentation software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze data related to salary levels in different countries for various IT positions.
• Provide information on hiring specifics and industry trends in different locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy.
• Create compelling presentations for clients, incorporating statistical and analytical data.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and advancements in IT recruitment.
• Conduct thorough research to identify patterns and emerging trends in the global IT job market.
