Recruiter

We are an international product-oriented IT company operating in the iGaming industry, currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full recruitment cycle for internal product teams (technical & non-tecnical roles from junior to C-level).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:
- General knowledge of IT market and IT technologies (web programming languages, frameworks, databases, networking).
Knowledge of searching tools (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Proffessional Communities, etc).
- Upper intermediate level of English.
- Soft Skills Assessment Skills (Competency-Based Interviews, Biographical, Case Interviews, etc.)
- Efficiency, and Flexibility, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
