Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our business stakeholders and development teams. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around task preparation, acting as a bridge between the business and developers, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of project requirements and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Task Preparation:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and priorities.
- Analyze and translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prioritize tasks and requirements based on business value and urgency.
- Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Bridge Between Business and Developers:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clarify requirements, address questions, and resolve conflicts to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Act as an advocate for both business and technical perspectives, finding common ground to drive successful outcomes.
Documentation Preparation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date, reflecting any changes or updates throughout the project.
- Conduct regular reviews of documentation with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions as necessary.
- Support knowledge sharing and transfer by organising and maintaining a centralised repository of project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English written skills - must
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Minimum 1 years of experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, is preferred.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, Miro or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
