Digital Marketing Manager (SMM, PPC) (offline)

Main goals and processes:

The successful candidate will have three main goals:

1. Increase the quantity and quality of incoming leads (primarily US, Canada, UK, and Western Europe) from the UTD website and SM by planning and executing digital campaigns (paid search and remarketing, social media, email), link building, etc. d.).

2. Increase awareness of the UTD employer brand (USA, Canada, UK, and Western Europe market).

3. Increasing sales volumes of the company’s digital products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Plan, launch, measure, and optimize digital campaigns to achieve UTD's marketing goals and promote our offerings through SMM, PPC, retargeting, and mailing platforms.

▪️ Analyze, test, and measure new channels to increase UTD awareness and attract potential customers.

▪️ Interact with the audience and respond to their messages and comments.

▪️ Management and distribution of UTD content, including regular publication of blog posts and promotion on external resources to attract relevant traffic.

▪️ Manage and promote UTD SM accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Google+) to ensure an effective UTD SM presence.

▪️ Lead/participate in the development process to create successful landing pages, monitor SEO compliance, and improve existing content based on UX and GA analysis.

▪️ The activity here involves the candidate’s active work, based on his extensive experience: setting up and evaluating advertising campaigns, writing advertising texts, posting and distributing UTD content, setting tasks for designers, developers, etc., but you need to have the ability to work with basic working tools to create advertising content using Figma, Canva, GPT chat and so on.

▪️ Analytics of advertising companies of competitors.


Required Skills:

▪️ Experience in digital marketing from 3 years in international markets (preferably IT companies, but also companies with modern marketing processes);

▪️ Knowledge of PPC, Google AdWords (various options, settings and targeting)

▪️ Successful management of SMM accounts and campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Google+ and others), incl. SM advertising managers;

▪️ Deep knowledge of GA and SM analytics, GTM, SEO, and web analytics tools;

▪️ Practical experience in email marketing;

▪️ Knowledge and experience in content marketing and copywriting is highly desirable;

▪️ High level of English language proficiency;

▪️ Higher education in marketing is preferred, additional qualifications will be a plus;

▪️ Good understanding of current trends in web and mobile development, experience in IT is a plus.
