Product manager (Gambling)

We are an iGaming company founded over three years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, our team employs more than 900 people. Our portfolio consists of 7+ successful brands operating in 1-3 countries.

In connection with our decision, we are launching a new direction - creating our games. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the game production process.

Priority responsibilities:

- Analyze the target audience's and the market's needs to create a product concept and development strategy.
- Develop a development plan and monitor its implementation.
- Create product specifications and high-level requirements and detail them with the team
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and the team to ensure the product meets business requirements.
- Develop the customer journey from start to finish to ensure a positive user experience at all stages of interaction.
- Track metrics and create and test hypotheses.
- Oversee the integration of games into the platform.
- Create reports by games and providers.
- Integration of games.

Secondary responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with gambling laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements::

- Analyze the market and competitors' products.
- Experience in testing (A/B, A/A).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and prototyping tools.
- Experience in creating and tracking product development plans.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and collect analytical data.
- Experience researching and analyzing popular game mechanics in different regions (including sound, graphics, and math).
- Create and execute a product development plan, including operational tasks.
- Collaboration with the technical team.
- Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
- English language skills at least Upper Intermediate level.
