Lead Generation Specialist - Conferences and Roadshows (offline)

DATAFOREST is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

This individual will play a crucial role in driving the success of our conferences and roadshows by identifying and engaging potential clients and partners.

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in the Lead Generation area; preferably in the context of conferences and roadshows;
• Upper-intermediate and a higher level of English;
• Experienced user of LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, Hubspot, and other lead generation tools;
• Experience in IT outsourcing;
• Analytical and systemizing mindset;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Self-organized, pro-active, positive;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and internal teams;
• Result-driven personal confidence;

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies specifically tailored for conferences and roadshows;
• Build and segment database. Craft personalized messages and build campaigns;
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business objectives;
• Conduct research to identify target audiences and industries for each event;
• Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach and engagement. Utilize various channels to generate high-quality leads;
• Leverage the conference's networking application for targeted outreach and engagement;
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
