Lead Generation Specialist - Conferences and Roadshows (offline)
DATAFOREST is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
This individual will play a crucial role in driving the success of our conferences and roadshows by identifying and engaging potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
β’ 1+ years of experience in the Lead Generation area; preferably in the context of conferences and roadshows;
β’ Upper-intermediate and a higher level of English;
β’ Experienced user of LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, Hubspot, and other lead generation tools;
β’ Experience in IT outsourcing;
β’ Analytical and systemizing mindset;
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
β’ Self-organized, pro-active, positive;
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and internal teams;
β’ Result-driven personal confidence;
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and execute lead generation strategies specifically tailored for conferences and roadshows;
β’ Build and segment database. Craft personalized messages and build campaigns;
β’ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business objectives;
β’ Conduct research to identify target audiences and industries for each event;
β’ Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach and engagement. Utilize various channels to generate high-quality leads;
β’ Leverage the conference's networking application for targeted outreach and engagement;
β’ Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
