SMM Manager to $600 (offline)

As an SMM Manager, you will have an opportunity to promote the VITech brand through Social Media by creating content to attract new followers and retain existing ones. Work alongside the marketing team to support and assist with current initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage social media strategies

- Create a content calendar plan with ready-to-post content for Social Media.

- Organize video shoots for various initiatives, shoot, edit, and post (filmmaking)

- Monitor and analyze KPIs, develop and maintain reports

- Monitor and reply to comments and direct messages

- Support in launching and organizing podcast events

- Promo activities for VITech branding (Mass Following and other)

- Collaborate with cross-department teams to achieve successful results

- Perform other on-demand tasks

Requirements:

- Great communication skills

- Mature mindset, attitude to satisfy business needs

- Good English for copywriting (English and Ukrainian)

- Knowledge of usage of video equipment (iPhone, external mics, etc.)

- Basic skills in video montage and video-shooting

- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, independent

- Good with time management

- Passionate and desire to grow professionally

- Ability to work with uncertainty (agile and able to adapt when things don’t go as planned)

- Able to visit the office min once a week for SMM activities
