SMM Specialist (offline)

Role Overview:
The SMM Specialist will work closely with the Social Media Manager to craft and execute a dynamic social media strategy that aligns with our diverse range of services including Shopify Migration, Headless Development, Shopify B2B solution, eCommerce PPC, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the various facets of social media marketing and how it can be leveraged to strengthen our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and engaging social media content tailored for specific services such as Shopify SEO, eCommerce Managed Services, and Custom Software Development, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
Monitor social media trends and insights related to services like Shopify Marketing, eCommerce Development, and Headless eCommerce Agency to inform strategy and tactics.
Engage with our audience across social platforms, providing customer service and community management as it relates to our services.
Collaborate with the eCommerce Services team to highlight new offerings, such as our "NEW" eCommerce PPC services, through targeted social campaigns.
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, focusing on services like Shopify Page Speed Optimization and Payment Gateway Integration.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in the context of service promotion and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies, especially in the rapidly evolving sectors of Headless Development and Shopify Hydrogen.
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Shopify Web Designers, B2B Web Design) to ensure a unified marketing approach.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SMM Specialist or similar role with a focus on tech and eCommerce platforms.
Familiarity with web design and development services, as well as the ability to communicate these technical services through social media.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret the results.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
