Copywriter (offline)
Responsibilities:
-Developing Email/Push notification campaigns: creating compelling content for various segments of the customer base, including promotional emails, newsletters, product updates, push notifications, etc.
-Crafting Sales copy: Writing persuasive copy for marketing materials, banners, and landing pages, that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment in all customer communications. Writing the texts for UI APP components, such as pop-ups, sign-in forms, etc.
-Managing the localization process of the materials, such as translation and proofreading from EN to 20+ target languages.
-Maintaining the quality of existing materials and a consistent Brand Voice: Ensuring that all copy produced stays up-to-date, maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across different platforms.
-Creating customer engagement content: Developing content that engages customers through different stages of the customer journey, such as welcome emails, re-engagement campaigns, etc.
-A/B Testing and Optimization: Collaborating with the marketing team to conduct A/B tests on copy to identify the most effective messaging strategies and optimize campaigns for better results.
-Analyzing campaign performance: Using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of different campaigns and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Qualifications:
-English Level B2/C1 - important for working with the translation team, will be asked to interview partially in English after the test interview.
-Independent project communication and reporting for the team with other areas of focus.
-Ability to analyze the effectiveness of your work (both interaction with communication and financial performance in general).
Requirements:
-Copywriting Skills: A strong foundation in copywriting is essential (2 years or more experience)
-Marketing Understanding: A good grasp of marketing principles and strategies is crucial. This includes understanding target audiences, buyer personas, conversion tactics, and aligning copy with broader marketing campaigns.
-Analytics: Basic understanding of marketing analytics to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns. This might involve tracking click-throughs, conversion, open rates, and other relevant metrics.
-Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with other team members, understanding project requirements, and effectively conveying messages through copy.
-Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous copywriting work, especially in CRM marketing.
-Team Collaboration: Collaborative skills are important, as CRM marketing involves working closely with designers, marketers, data analysts, and other team members.
