Requirements:

Over 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing across various channels, including Email, Web, App pushes, and in-apps.

Proven ability in executing and optimizing email & push marketing campaigns. Familiarity with content creation for various channels is a plus.

Willingness to support the development and implementation of CRM marketing strategies aligning with company-wide marketing goals.

Familiarity with CRM marketing tools and platforms such as Esputnik, Braze, Iterable, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

Basic analytical skills to interpret CRM marketing performance metrics and contribute to data-driven decisions.

Basic understanding of email marketing regulations and best practices (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR) to ensure compliance.

Support project management efforts by coordinating with teams and assisting in keeping CRM campaigns on track.

Exposure to audience segmentation techniques and a willingness to learn and apply them in CRM campaigns.

Basic understanding of how email marketing integrates with CRM systems for personalized and automated campaigns.

Willingness to collaborate within a team and support senior professionals in achieving team targets.

English B2 and fluent Ukrainian/Russian

 

Responsibilities:

Implement effective omnichannel CRM marketing strategies (email, app push, in-app, notification center) with an audience of millions users, aligned with overall marketing goals.

Segmentation Support: Collaborate on segmentation efforts, track segments, and contribute to enhancing customer lifetime value (CLV).

Constant work with segmentation, track segments, their dynamics and increase CLV

Constant hypothesis generation, AB tests, evaluation and scaling

Analyze CRM marketing performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.

Effectively coordinate with multiple teams, utilizing project management skills to keep CRM campaigns on track.

Apply audience segmentation techniques to tailor CRM campaigns for diverse customer segments.
