Lead generation manager for IT software agency (offline) $500-1500

Main Responsibilities:
- Bid on freelance marketplaces (upwork, dribble, and others).
- Utilize social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn to generate leads
- Handle communication flow with potential clients to set up an intro meeting/call and share info about services.
- Handle follow-up with clients to remind them about the scheduled meeting/call
- Maintain accurate records of all performed work in the CRM system
- Hire and manage newcomers

Key requirements:
- at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Upper-intermediate English or above
- Basic understanding of IT terminology
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with customer service practices

Tools we use:
- Zoho, Clickup, Gigradar
