Requirements
Proven 2-year experience working as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming or crypto industry.
Strong understanding of the crypto community, online gaming landscape, and affiliate marketing dynamics.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking and management tools to efficiently monitor and support affiliates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective affiliate relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates within the crypto and iGaming industry.
Foster strong relationships with affiliates, understanding their needs and aligning them with our objectives.
Provide affiliates with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to effectively promote our Crypto Casino.
Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular feedback to ensure optimization and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and retention for the Crypto Casino.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to fine-tune the affiliate strategy.
Implement stringent measures to ensure affiliates deliver genuine and high-quality users to the Casino platform.
Conduct regular audits of affiliate activities to maintain the integrity of user acquisition efforts.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and affiliate campaign effectiveness.
