First and foremost, I am looking for an experienced operations marketing manager with high expertise in steering complex marketing projects in online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of how the marketing function contributes to the business goals of the company.

We are looking for a C-level manager who confidently leads a team but is also capable of quickly getting involved in task execution when necessary. You develop the team and consistently ensure the execution of business processes. You are a combination of systematic thinking and creativity. You comprehend the significance of the brand's product positioning and can translate this understanding into successful sales strategies.

Management of Processes and Projects: :
▪ We expect you to implement new approaches in the department's operations, engaging not only operationally but also on a strategic level. While the goals are already defined in alignment with the 2024 strategy, you will have the opportunity to influence them, highlight blind spots or risks, and introduce new ambitious objectives.
▪ Similarly, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the department's goals. Individual projects will also be within your purview.
▪ You will oversee the achievement of key metrics (KPIs) across the project portfolio, monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, react promptly and adjust actions when necessary, generate reports with results analysis, and propose a comprehensive set of changes.
▪ You will prepare analyses of data regarding sales, products and channels, socio-demographic information, behavioral patterns, customer feedback, etc. Additionally, you will conduct and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
▪ ​​You will be in charge of R&D of new products and bringing them to market.
▪ Continuously, you will conduct competitor, market, and product analyses to enhance the current strategy, utilizing services from relevant agencies and contractors to form conclusive findings and recommendations.

Team and people management
▪ We consider the effective management and development of the team as essential at this point. Under your leadership, you will have the following team members: Marketing Manager, Product Manager, SMM Manager, and the Design Department - led by the Design Team Lead, who oversees another designer.
▪ Simultaneously, you will be building collaboration with the top management team and their respective teams across projects.
▪ You will closely collaborate with the founder, embodying the brand's vision and maintaining a high standard for product marketing.

Hard and Soft Skills:
▪ Minimum 2 years of experience in a top manager position. Team management experience.
▪ Work experience in niche industries such as e-commerce niches, digital or similar fields (B2C), with an understanding of relevant metrics and marketing department processes.
▪ Minimum 4 years of project management experience in digital marketing, utilizing various project methodologies.
▪ Ability to articulate and implement ideas effectively, ensuring control over their execution's efficiency, quality, and timing.
▪ Confident prioritization and maintaining a focused approach aligned with goals.
▪ Accuracy with a balanced perfectionist mindset. High proficiency in structuring tasks.
▪ Exceptional personal time management skills and process organization.
▪ Openness to self-improvement, embracing new experiences and challenges.
▪ Conscious readiness for personal growth, both professionally and personally.
▪ Fluent in spoken English.
