Our esteemed partner is a trailblazing social engagement platform dedicated to constructing thriving online communities focused on digital content.

PROJECT

As part of our partner’s team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the leading Supply Side Platform (SSP). This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Go Developer with a strong background in AdTech to impact the evolution of digital engagement and advertising technology significantly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on cutting-edge applications
• Liaise with key stakeholders
• Lead development efforts, designs, and problem-solving some of the most challenging ad scaling issues
• Be responsible for various project initiatives to improve the delivery of hundreds of billions of transactions per day
• Work alongside the engineering team on an existing code base
• Play a key part in influencing the Engineering and Product direction


REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture in GO, operating in large-scale high availability systems
• Experience dealing with scaling highly available globally distributed systems
• Experience working with a Supply-side platform or similar (DSP or Ad Exchange)
• Strong communication skills
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage and measure multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders
• Working with the Scrum / Agile with a good understanding of how it works in real life
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and action plans on a deliverable schedule
• Ability to properly define estimations and deliver on those goals
• A strong sense of ownership, thought leadership, and motivation
• A passion for development and new technologies
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Engineering and business concepts in the ad-tech industry
• Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies
