Senior HR Manager (offline)

Requirements
— 4+ years of experience as HR manager or HR Team Leader;
— Experience in product companies is a must;
— Understanding of HR processes and procedures;
— Experience in holding 1-on-1 meetings, onboarding processes and team’s support;
— Experience with Google Docs, HR CRMs and Jira package;
— Efficient multitasking and ability to work with priorities in a fast-paced environment;
— Attention to detail, self-disciplined, open to sharing and receiving feedback;
— Experience in implementing, configuring, and managing processes, internal projects is a must.;
— English level upper intermediate is a must.
— Possibility to grow, as a Team Leader.

Responsibilities
— Running 1-on-1 meetings with team members (1-2 teams, approximately 20-30 employees for 1 HR);
— Identify team needs to develop and promote HR solutions, programs, and policies;
— Help and support processes in different offices, hubs and locations;
— Maintain, prepare and up-to-date HR documents and spreadsheets (sometimes it can be a translation as well);
— Setting up systems, processes, and overseeing them within the internal team and the company as a whole;
— Participation in scaling and working with other locations.

Would be a plus
— Background in psychology;
— Experience in team management;
— Experience in working for an international company;
— Experience with HiBob and Workable.
