SMM Specialist (offline)

We’re seeking a Social Media Specialist to boost our plastic surgery presence on Instagram (and possibly TikTok)!

Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging videos and photos
• Collaborate effectively with clinics for content
• Develop attention-grabbing content that prompts action and lead campaigns for giveaways and promotions
• Organically grow the audience. Would be plus if you have experience in using tools for efficient audience scaling

Requirements:
• Experience managing multilingual social media pages (English, German, French, Portuguese, and Spanish — the languages you’ll be working with)
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Proven success in growing Instagram channels to 100K+ subscribers, focusing on lead generation strategies
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and assess social media performance

🤘Bonus Skills:
• Conducting interviews
• Previous experience with medicine and plastic surgery will be a plus
• Sense of aesthetics
