Customer Success Manager (North American hours) (offline)
Schedule:
10 PM - 7AM UTC, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Ensure that SE Ranking’s solutions are delivering value to Marketing Agencies and Small Businesses to hit Retention, Churn and Expansion targets.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their main point of contact.
Onboard and support new customers, guiding them through implementation.
Collaborate with clients to create customized success plans aligned with their goals.
Conduct training sessions to educate customers on our SEO tools and best practices.
Provide proactive support, resolving issues promptly and offering strategic advice.
Work with internal teams to address technical or account-related problems.
Identify opportunities for renewals and upsells, partnering with the sales team.
Gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and roadmap.
Monitor customer usage data, identify trends, and share insights.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Passionate about customer success and delivering exceptional experiences.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot, Jira as well as Power BI and data analysis experience is a plus.
