Customer Success Manager (Spanish and Ukrainian speaking) (offline)

United Tech is looking for a Customer Success Manager. This is an opportunity to be a pioneer in our growing department, contributing to the establishment of processes and paving the way for future leadership roles. You will play a vital role in building and nurturing strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.


In this role, you will:


● Develop and maintain high-touch, consultative relationships with partners through regular and transparent communication

● Conduct training and presentations on our products, new features, and motivational plans

● Facilitate onboarding for new partners

● Assist existing partners by promptly addressing inquiries, helping them maximize platform functionalities, and resolving payment, fine, and legal-related matters

● Collaborate across departments to fulfill customer demands, including finance, legal, and support, to support partners' business development

● Compile partner feedback and insights to formulate recommendations for continuous project performance improvement


It’s all about you:


● Fluent in Spanish and English (B2+ level or higher)

● Analytical mindset with attention to detail

● Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving results

● Proven ability to address systemic issues through systematic problem-solving

● Ability to work independently


Will be a plus:


● At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or related roles

● Experience with different CRM tools

● Experience with Tableau

● Basic analytics in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

● Experience in the LATAM market
