Lead Generation Manager (offline)

TEKTELIC is looking for a Lead Generation Manager for full-time employment to join our Sales Team. TEKTELIC specializes in designing and developing end-to-end IoT solutions to address real-life challenges in Asset tracking, Facility Management, Smart City, and Industry. Requirements:
β€” Relevant sales experience: 6 months;
β€” Flawless communication skills in English, written and oral;
β€” Ability to learn new software quickly, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others;
β€” Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a productive sales team member, making outbound prospecting reach outs by, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms daily;
β€” Experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator or similar prospecting applications for new lead generation while maintaining follow-ups with old prospecting connections.

Responsibilities:
β€” Arrange meetings and introductions between prospects and the sales team based on the results of your outreach work;
β€” Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating and executing outreach strategies for new lead generation methods;
β€” Conduct daily professional network research and outreach via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Industry Conference sites, and other resources;
β€” Keep daily and weekly records of outreach work in a CRM tool;
β€” Support and collaborate closely with the sales team (in North America) on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts;
β€” Provide feedback on outbound strategies with insights to increase effectiveness in targeting the correct accounts and individuals within the targeted accounts;
β€” Monitor and attend meetings with prospects from time to time, handling introductions and follow-ups with the Business Development Team member;
β€” Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to regular meetings.
