Finance Specialist (in Marketing agency, Warsaw) Offline

We are looking for highly organized Finance Specialist to join our team.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the online marketing industry.

Proven experience with:

- Tracking and managing incoming/outgoing payments.

- Maintaining Project Profit and Loss (PnL).

- Managing the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow of projects.

- Overseeing Publisher Costs and Advertiser Revenue.

- Preparing payroll documents for employees.

- Accounting within projects and managing inter-project transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting for various projects.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with teams to develop financial strategies and optimize profitability.

- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
