Business Development Manager (GameDev)

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for Program Ace.

🚀What are the tasks facing the Business Development Manager during the probationary period?
⦁ The trial period is 6 months;
⦁ For the first 3 months, we let BDM get to know the team, processes, and presentation;
⦁ We expect established customers from BDM in the next 3 months;
⦁ At disposal will be: a team of leads generation of 1-2 people, all the necessary tools, including LinkedIn navigator and pre sale team: Designer, RM, Copywriter, Business Analyst.

🧑‍💻To achieve results, you will need:
⦁ 2+ years of sales experience in outsourcing\outstaffing game development companies;
⦁ Experience in securing long-term contracts within both outsourcing and DT business models, demonstrating proficiency in negotiating agreements that benefit all parties involved;
⦁ Experience working with SDRs and lead generation experts helping them to establish proper ICPs and email sequences;
⦁ English Upper Intermediate or higher;
⦁ Nice to have — prior experience attending international game conferences.

📌How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
⦁ Search and attraction of new clients for cooperation, communication and support of the client before signing the contract;
⦁ Build long-term relationships with existing clients;
⦁ Execute the sales plan.
