Lead Generation Manager ( development department)

We are currently opening a new department and are looking for cool and skilled Lead Generation-s. Our development department is engaged in the creation of Shopify websites, from ordinary sites on the theme to fully custom solutions in terms of the type and functionality of the store.

🔑Requirements:

- Previous experience with Upwork is desirable

- Experience in communicating with foreign clients;

- Written English at Upper Intermediate level (required);

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Self-management skills;

- Knowledge of business correspondence;

- Have the skills and desire to sell.

💪Responsibilities:

- Attracting new clients through Upwork;

- Active search and attraction of potential customers;

- Facilitating sales and pre-sales activities;

- Building effective communications with potential customers;

- Search and qualification of potential clients (upwork);

- Business correspondence with potential clients;

- Clarifying client requirements (needs) and making sales (closing deals);

- Maintaining data, statistics and reports for each active client;

- Reporting on weekly and monthly progress.

- Maintaining CRM for existing leads
