Lead Generation Manager (offline)

Required skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation within the IT outsourcing company.
Minimum 1 year of experience in outreach via LinkedIn and email. Please note that we do not work with Upwork.
Excellent communication and written English skills (upper-intermediate or higher level of proficiency in English).
Experience with lead generation tools to automate outreach and lead search processes.
Desire to grow professionally and learn new things.

Will be a plus:
Experience in using AI tools in your work activities

Responsibilities:
Search for and qualify contacts and companies, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly requirements;
Launch various outbound campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and email;
Work with responses, write personalized messages, warm up, and follow up with prospects;
Schedule introductory calls and conduct personal research on contacts and companies before the calls;
Maintain and manage all information in CRM;
Participate in the improvement and optimization of processes for the lead generation department, which includes jointly developing new strategies, testing hypotheses, writing new message templates, testing new tools, and more;

Key Result:
The number of scheduled calls between potential clients and sales executives.
