We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team and lead the execution of SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in SAP implementation and roll-out projects, with a strong background in SAP modules and project management methodologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of multiple digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:
• Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of SAP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Partner with functional and technical teams within the SAP program, including SD, MM, FI, CO, WM, ABAP, BASIS, and Security.
2. Project Governance and Quality Assurance:
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues, adhering to organizational governance standards.
• Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet agreed-upon standards.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, executives, and external vendors.
• Champion the program's objectives and successes within the organization.
4. Scope Management and Issue Resolution:
• Manage changes to the project scope and assess their impacts.
• Address and resolve project issues, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders and senior management, including progress reports, KPIs, and deviations from the original plan.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
6. Change Management:
• Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition from concept to execution.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in SAP implementation and roll-out projects in Ukraine and EU countries.
• Strong functional consulting background and a good understanding of SAP modules.
• Proven experience in project management, including risk management, scope management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
• Knowledge of PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge and ITIL Processes is a plus.
• Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Agile Project Management tools and methodologies.
