👨‍💻 👩‍💻 Our candidate:
– has 2+ years of experience as a manager, administrator or assistant manager;
– reacts quickly in difficult situations; generates ideas and successfully implements them;
– has a high level of empathy; mature approach and attitude to work and team;
– worked in multitasking mode and can call himself/herself a stress-resistant person;
– has a level of English at levels B1-B2;
– ready to join work if there is an important need and help is needed (suddenly it is your day off – don't worry, you will be able to make up for it during the week);
– has experience in effective communication and business communication, including correspondence;
– knows how to find and analyze information; make forecasts based on the received data;
– structurally and clearly approaches the organization of the manager's work process;
– has a high level of empathy; a mature approach to solving difficult situations;
– autonomous in planning his time and tasks; takes responsibility for deadlines;
– has experience with G-Suit tools, Microsoft Office, etc.

➕ Will be a great plus:
– experience in the media as a manager;
– higher education in management, marketing, communications, etc.;
– experience in financial planning (basic level);

📃 Your responsibilities:
– managing the manager's schedule and his reporting;
– organization of business trips and provision of necessary information to the manager;
– introduction of communication with the main stakeholders of the process: team members, artists and partners;
– establishing and maintaining relations with artists, music labels, booking agencies, PR agencies;
– collection and analysis of data for projects;
– control of deadlines and reporting on the status of projects.
