We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Analyst ERP System to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting product requirements and ensuring effective communication between customers, developers, and designers.

About the project:

You will be involved in the development of a custom ERP system. A custom ERP system is designed to comprehensively manage all aspects of our production process — from ordering raw materials to shipping finished products to customers. The system includes modules for managing inventory, sales, logistics, production and finance. Our goal is to create the most effective tool for automating business processes and managing data in real-time.

The Ideal Candidate:

4+ years of development experience as a business analyst with participation in complex projects, such as the development of an ERP system.
Experience in the development and implementation of ERP systems.
Extensive experience in data analysis, modeling and integration with the ability to develop effective solutions for working with data in ERP systems.
Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, functional specifications and system design documentation.
Experience working with key performance indicators (CLS, LCP, FCP, etc.)
Ability to write technical tasks for front-end Developers.
Experience in identifying and collecting business requirements.
Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Understanding Agile Methodologies.
Experience in Scrum/Kanban.
Experience in writing technical documentation.
Knowledge of SDLC web applications.
Understanding of Supply Chain projects.
Have experience in creating an Activate diagram/BPMN.
Understanding of REST API and experience in describing tasks on the Back End.
Experience in developing requirements for integrations between internal systems and 3rd party systems.
Upper-Intermediate English.
As a plus:

In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including the understanding of business processes, risk management, supply chains and regulatory requirements.
Understanding how Databases are built.
Experience collaborating with designers, including task formulation for design and prototyping.
Understanding of how the Internet and client-server architecture work.
Ability to write technical tasks for back-end Developers.
Completed a course in some programming language.
