ML/CV Engineer (offline)

Samsung R&D Institute Ukraine is looking for a passionate and collaborative ML/CV Engineer to join our team in Kyiv.

Key responsbilities:

• Design, implement, evaluate and improve ML/DL models, software prototypes for computer vision enabled products

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience for solving computer vision problems by machine/deep learning and conventional algorithms
• Strong mathematics background, good understanding of classical and deep learning algorithms
• Solid software engineering skills for prototyping, including deployment and optimization of ML/DL models
• Programming languages: Python, C++
• Masters degree in computer science, math, statistics or physics with strong math background

Desirable skills / expertise:

• Strong background in algorithm and data structure, optimization approaches
• Experience in generative AI
• Participation in ML/DL contests (e.g. kaggle)
• PhD in the mentioned scientific areas
