Digital Marketing Specialist (SMM Tagreter) (offline)

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing highly effective paid advertising strategies for our projects. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling ads, testing their performance, making data-driven decisions, optimizing campaigns to generate followers, web traffic and leads.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement media strategies to promote our projects across multiple social media platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize engaging content, including ad copy, visuals, videos, and multimedia elements.
- Research and map the customer journey from initial contact to client interaction.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Constant engagement in launching campaigns on Telegram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc. We require proficiency on all major social media channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and potential partners for collaboration and cross-promotion.

Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, demographics, and usage patterns.
- Analytical mindset to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and strong design sensibility to create visually appealing content.
- Proactive and self-motivated to stay ahead of trends and implement innovative strategies.
- Passion for technology, digital marketing, and staying updated with industry advancements.
- Punctuality and responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with various teams.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Language skills:
B2-C1 (Work with British)

Experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Certificates of completion in Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn marketing are highly advantageous.
