Affiliate Manager (Junior, Middle)

Our gambling company is looking for Affiliate Manager (Junior, Middle) Tier 1-3 markets.

Requirements:
From 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
knowledge of basic metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI, LTV);
Ability to analyze traffic;
Knowledge of the main channels, methods of attracting traffic and payment models;
Fluency in English, no lower than Intermediate+;
Mastery of Excel/Tables;
- Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods
Strong communication skills and accountability.

Duties
Finding new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships;
- Support of existing partners, search for approaches to increase profits with current webmasters;
Close communication with product and finance teams
