CEO (Gambling\Betting) (offline)

Requirements:
Experience in leading operations in international business;
5+ years experience in Gambling/Betting company with a focus on B2C and B2B business development;
10+ years experience in IT management/CEO/Operations Director/General Management/Managing Director in companies with more than 50 employees;
Experience in digital marketing, knowledge of the latest marketing trends is a must;
Experience in finance modeling, proven P&L budgeting and planning experience;
Experience with KPI system implementation;
Established network of contacts within the gaming industry would
be a plus;
A strong leadership and networking ability;
Fluent English is a must.

Responsibilities:
Provide inspired leadership for the team, drive a professional and performance-oriented progressive culture;
Collaborate and communicate with the operation, marketing, development teams, senior management and stakeholders to deliver a business growth plan which is focused on driving revenue and product quality;
Create and optimize company policies, procedures, guidelines to enhance workflow and resources efficiency;
Managing the profitability of the company;
Create and implement the company and team KPI system;
Take responsibility for all KPIs related to P&L, ensure that profitable business growth and commercial success are achieved to meet the business targets;
Ability to navigate our organization and product in a constantly changing world, seeing opportunities and risks, and taking action;
Readiness for business trips.
