REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2-plus-year experience in SMM
- English proficiency level B2+
- Genuine interest in SMM and desire to be in the center of every event
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the social media algorithms
- Ability to create highly engaging content
- Ability to analyze the target audience needs and speak in their terms
- Confident use of photo editors like Canva, Figma, and any other
- Understanding and analyzing the metrics for measuring social media effectiveness
- Error-free writing
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics

WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience with memes

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Discover, follow, and implement SMM trends
- Devise company promotion strategies for social media
- Create engaging content to grow out audience and increase brand loyalty
- Manage and promote our company accounts in social media (FB, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Quora)
- Configure social media targeting
- Create visuals for posting and targeting
- Analyze and improve metrics for social media campaign effectiveness
