In other words, GO TO-U is a unique digital experience platform for e-mobility, targeting among others retail and hospitality sectors. Its software solution enables EV drivers to go further, by providing reservations on available chargers, and access to facilities and services while charging, including booking and billing.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior/Mid-level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst at GO TO-U, you will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

- Develop clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

- Participate in the design and implementation of process improvements.

- Investigate API documentation.

- Work closely with senior analysts and project managers to support various initiatives.

- Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including business requirements and project documentation.

- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and the Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.

Mid-level Specific Requirements (in addition to the above):

Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related field.

Proven track record of leading small to medium-sized projects independently.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro tools and BPMN notation.
