System Administrator trainee (offline)

Responsibilities:

 

-Maintain and Optimize Networks and Laptops: Ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of local company networks and laptops, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

 

-Hardware and Software Management: Handle installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software across the company's infrastructure, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.

 

-Data Handling and Compliance: Ensure that data is handled, transferred, and processed in accordance with legal and company guidelines, maintaining data security and privacy.

 

-Help Desk Support: Provide support and guidance to users through the help desk, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering effective solutions.

 

-Equipment Technical Comparison Analysis: Assist in evaluating and comparing technical specifications of equipment, contributing to informed decision-making regarding technology investments.

 

-Corporate Asset Management: Manage corporate assets, including hardware and software licenses, while keeping accurate records of inventory.

 

-Equipment Delivery and Procurement: Coordinate equipment deliveries and purchases for engineers within Ukraine, ensuring they have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.

 

Requirements:

 

-Experience in System Administration (Preferred): Any prior experience in system administration would be a significant advantage, demonstrating your familiarity with IT systems and practices.

 

-Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar: Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in IT principles and practices.

 

-Organizational and Communication Skills: Possess strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities to work collaboratively with team members and assist end-users efficiently.

 

-Proficiency in English: Demonstrate intermediate or higher proficiency in both spoken and written English to facilitate communication within an international team.

 

-Soft Skills: Exhibit a can-do attitude, adaptability, honesty, ownership, open-mindedness, analytical mind and problem-solving capabilities, and friendliness in all interactions

 

-Willingness to Learn: Display a strong desire to learn and embrace new technologies, methodologies, and concepts to continuously enhance your skills.
