Business Development Manager (Cyprus/Malta)

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to work on new feature growth and expansion, being a single stakeholder to the Product/Tech teams.

It is important for us that you have:
- 3+ years of experience as an account manager or BDM
- Experience in iGaming (game providers, game aggregators, white-label platforms)
- Proven track record in establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations within the iGaming sector, including casinos, betting platforms, and regulatory bodies
- A strong network and experience building strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances within the iGaming industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, understanding the dynamics and trends of the gambling industry, leveraging Trueplay’s competitive advantages
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet ambitious targets
- Willingness to travel as needed to establish and nurture partnerships
- English level: B2+/C1
- Portuguese/Spanish would be a huge advantage

You will be responsible for:
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry
- Collaborating with the marketing/sales team to create campaigns that promote Trueplay’s products/services
- Collaborating with iGaming regulators across the world
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results to the senior management team
